Lady Despina was enjoying herself when her slave made noise and she found it hard to enjoy herself anymore. She had kept quiet thinking that he would be done making noise in a few minutes but when he persisted, she had to scare the shit out of him. Lady Despina called him to the hot tub where she was and she told him what she would do to him if he did not change. He got scared and did not make any noise for her.
Lady Despina was trying to make her lazy employee know that his laziness would not be tolerated when her friend walked in. She told her that she was wasting time talking to him. She needed to act and so the two of them did. They trampled him while he was naked and he was made to choose between being lazy and being hardworking. He was told that there were consequences for the decision he made.
