Mistress Jane feared using heels to dominate anyone because she was felt that she could do a lot of damage with them. So she avoided doing it. But today this slave pissed her off so badly that she had no choice but to punish him as cruelly as she could and she used her high heels to do it since her objective was to do a lot of damage to him.
