Madame Marissa and her friend were out to scare and they did it with their foot domination fetish. She needed to punish him in a memorable way and so she turned him into her foot slave and she taught him a lesson he had never been taught before. As the pain and humiliation got to him, he knew he could not afford to piss her off again and he did not.
Madame Marissa was angered by her slave's indifference to the mistakes he made. He was becoming unruly and so she punished him by asking him to lick her dirty socks as well as the dirty floor. He was slapped when he hesitated and he knew it was mandatory for him to do what she had asked of him. And that is how he changed as he knew she was not messing around.

So she went out of her way to use her high heels to trample him and he felt the pain she wanted him to feel. It made him give her the info.
Madame Marissa was not going to spend money in vain. She paid this guy handsomely but he did not meet his end of the bargain and this mistress had to make sure that he was punished and that he learned not to piss her off by doing a shoddy job. The guy regretted his behavior and his lack of a proper work ethic and he changed to avoid further embarrassment and humiliation.
